Ranked as one of the highest rated attractions worldwide, ‘The Making of Harry Potter’ Studio Tour offers visitors a behind the scenes glimpse of the Harry Potter films.

Working closely with the Warner Bros. Burbank Team and their specialist exhibition consultants ‘Thinkwell’, we designed the ‘front of house’ main visitor reception, catering area and all administrative areas of the Tour as well as helping develop the detailed design of the public areas and provided advice on aspects of the wider project.

The Entrance Lobby design includes an information and audio tour desk. A pre-holding area leads to a pre-tour holding room and on to a full cinema where the Studio Tour begins. Other elements include the space planning of the management and tele-sales offices, including full fit out and the catering area. This includes a 200 cover Café which is open all day, with a 75 cover external terrace and a separate coffee bar serving the Entrance Lobby.
